The Foundation

David J. Redmond Associates was founded in 1992 by David J. Redmond, born and bred in Birmingham. He brings with them decades of real estate experience and contacts as well as invaluable local knowledge but has contacts all across the country.

Having climbed to the top of the ladder, perceived a lack of local interest at the bigger estate agents and an undue importance placed on profit above all else. It was these realisations that made David decide to strike out on his own.

David's Expertise

Having graduated from Birmingham University in Business, David spent years working his way up the real estate ladder before branching out to form his own company. With an emphasis on people over profit, David J. Redmond Associates has grown over the years to find considerable success as one of Birmingham's only independent estate agents.

David J. Redmond's particular area of expertise is in commercial property, specifically industrial. But he has assembled a team at David J.
